These conditions apply to the Agreement between the Client and Freeson properties Ltd when using our

services. We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time and without notice by updating the Terms

& Conditions web page. You should visit this web page periodically to review these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

2. Quotations

  • 2.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of preparation.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • 3.1 50% deposit is required to reserve date and inventory, the balance is due prior to staging installation. The 50%

deposit to reserve the furniture and the calendar date is non-refundable if the staging services are canceled

by the client.

  • 3.2 Payments to the Company can be made by bank transfer to:

4. Contract Termination

  • 4.1 After the installation, there is a minimum of 7 days advance notice required to remove staging. Please call

07527 829 067 to remove staging. There is no prorating of the fees for a partial month.

5. Contract Expiration

  • 5.1 On expiration of the agreement, the client has the option to extend the rental term in monthly increments

subject to agreement. A monthly extension rate can be supplied upon request. Please advise minimum 7 days

prior the due date of removal if extension is required.

  • 5.2 On expiration of the agreement, the client also has the option to purchase any of the goods. A purchase figure

can be supplied upon request.

  • 5.3 If the client has not returned the goods or agreed an extension by the time of the agreement expiration, rental

fees of £50.00 / per day per room will incur.

6. Insurance

  • 6.1 Freeson Properties Ltd has Public Liability & Employers Liability Insurances. It is the client’s responsibility to

insure the goods against damage, loss, fire or flood damage during the hire period and while the client remain

in control of the goods.

  • 6.2 Freeson Properties Ltd and its agents are responsible for insuring the goods while in transit and while they

remain in control of the goods.

7. Ownership

  • 7.1 All goods remain the property of Freeson properties Ltd at all times.

  • 7.2 All Goods shall be kept at the address where installed by Freeson Properties Ltd for the duration of the hire,

unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Delivery and Installation

  • 8.1 Delivery & Installation charges are included in the quote unless additional delivery & installation services are

require, which will be determined on mileage.

  • 8.2 Any work required to be undertaken ‘out of hours’ may attract an additional charge, which will be advised in


  • 8.3 The unpacking and installing of furniture is to be undertaken solely by representatives of Freeson Preperties Ltd.

  • 8.4 Time of delivery is estimated only. Freeson properties Ltd does not provide any reimbursement for deliveries

which have been delivered later than the estimated time of delivery.

  • 8.5 Freeson Properties Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for deliveries or installations that have been

delayed or cancelled, for reasons outside of its control. Additionally, Freeson Properties Ltd will not charge

the client for its services for periods of time where the goods have not been delivered to the address through

no fault of the client.

  • 8.6 The fixing of pictures, mirrors, window rails and accessories is undertaken at the clients own risk and Freeson

properties Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage caused whatsoever.

  • 8.7 The installation and removal of the goods, within the delivery address, is undertaken at the client’s own risk

and Freeson Properties Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage whatsoever.

9. Collection of Goods

  • 9.1 Freeson Properties Ltd requires at least 14 days notice to collect the goods.

  • 9.2 The client is liable for any damage to the goods and will be charged accordingly.

10. Home Staging

  • 10.1 The staging time required to install staging in a property is one day. Freeson Properties Ltd will deliver,

assemble and install your furniture rental and staging items, and remove all packaging in one day. We will

require a full access to the property during the installation. Homeowners, agents, sub-contractors, cleaners

and/or partners should not be present at the time of staging. Freeson Properties Ltd will not commence works

on a Home Staging installation whilst building staff or other tradesmen are working on site.

  • 10.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all works at the property have been completed to a satisfactory

standard and all relevant Health and Safety regulations have been met.

  • 10.3 In the event that either of the above conditions (10.1 and 10.2) have not been met upon commencement of

the installation, a charge of £500.00 may be imposed upon the client as compensation for costs incurred for

aborted delivery.

  • 10.4 Any cancellation of order will result in the client reimbursing Freeson Properties Ltd for any costs incurred,

including items purchased for the Home Staging including the deposit (as per section 3.1) which is nonrefundable

in this case.

  • 10.5 Any building works undertaken during the installation may result in a cessation of works by Freeson Properties

Ltd until such time that Freeson Properties Ltd can recommence works. An additional installation charge may

be incurred as a result.

  • 10.6 No person or persons are to be living in the Home Staging Project at any point during the installation, nor at

any other point during the contracted rental term, unless agreed in writing.

  • 10.7 Home Staging Furniture is not part of the Freeson Properties Ltd standard furniture rental range and as such

is for show purposes only and not for general use.
